When i was in Japan in April, my brother told me that Issey Miyake has many different lines and all were pretty unique. While we were shopping along Aoyama, we went past a few of them and all looked rather different from what teen girls like me would want to wear. On the second last day while i was on the way to the toilet in a dept store in Ginza( where the most amazing kueh is in the basement), i saw a very cute bag from Pleats Please. I went back and told my mum and brother that i found a really cute brand! my brother knew abt the brand from the last japan trip he had last year and he told me there was a huge one in Aoyama. On the last day we finished our shopping by visiting the shop at Aoyama. WOW. The styling and the clothes were pieces of art! I visited the second storey and saw a tai tai changing into outfits. The whole concept is that clothes are pleated and the material is polyester. The colours are vibrant and really cool! There was a really very pretty pleated jacket that fitted my brother really well. Unfortunately it costs around 500 plus?
And check out their maxi dresses!
I bought a reversible black and kelly green bag that looks like a thrash bag as it has to be crushed when not in use. hehe. people might think i’m crazy to buy it but its really very unique and i believe no one in Singapore has it. I shall take a picture of it tmr and post it here!
an item that resembles my bag in material is
Each item is very special
That’s what i really like about Pleats Please. The brand name sounds cute too!
